2. Service Description

OriginStories provides biography and memoir creation services, including professional interviews, content creation, and digital delivery. We also offer enterprise partnership programs for organizations seeking to provide branded storytelling services to their communities.

3. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during the interview process
• Respect intellectual property rights of all content
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not share account credentials with unauthorized parties

4. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information and stories shared during the biography creation process are treated with the utmost confidentiality. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties without explicit consent.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required before services begin. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Enterprise partnership fees are billed monthly. Refunds may be available within 30 days of service initiation, subject to work completed.

6. Intellectual Property

The final biography or memoir belongs to the customer. OriginStories retains the right to use anonymized excerpts for marketing purposes with explicit permission. All other content, including our platform, remains the intellectual property of OriginStories.

7. Limitation of Liability

OriginStories provides services "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Enterprise Partnerships

Enterprise partners may cancel their partnership at any time without penalty. Commission payments are made monthly via Stripe. Partners are responsible for their own marketing and customer service within their communities.

9. Modifications

OriginStories reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
